So I've always wanted to eat at Nobu's & the joy of seeing one inside of my hotel made my day. That was the first stop of ours & I must say I wasn't disappointed. We elected to sit at the chef's bar so we could get the full experience I started with the shrimp tempura. It was delicious some of the best sushi I've ever had. Then the main dish we spilt a shrimp and lobster with spicy lemon sauce. It was fantastic I can't tell you everything that was in it but all of it was good. But the best part of the experience was the staff our waitress & chef was so transparent & engaging that made the visit so much more memorable. Nobu is definitely a place I'll be visiting every chance I get

After hanging out in the book I was hungry, I caught wind there was happy hour from 6-7 so why not. Came into the lounge and a young male Max greeted me with a smile an absorbent amount of knowledge about the menu, he suggested a cocktail with Rum, the aromatics and the garnish was great! I had some questions.. he answered all of them he had some referrals and I went with them. There is great sushi and food all over Las Vegas however this is one of the best meals I have ever had. The sea bass was one of the best pieces of fish I have ever had. The chef is very talented and Max is very good at his job. I suggest the A5 on the hot stones as well. What a great friggan meal!

Everything we ordered were all delicious; New Style Salmon Sashimi, Shrimp with Anticucho Miso, Chicken Anticucho with wasabi sauce. Minus 1 star due to portions were on the small side and had to order rice separately. The Bento box (Vaithona Dark Chocolate Fondant with Matcha Gelato) was superb & portion was perfect, 5 stars.

Excellent service and great food! The desert was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The only thing that I would say about this particular location is that the restroom is not located inside of the restaurant. You have to walk out and down the casino hall to get to it.

I had a good dinner here! Came to town for work and sat at the sushi bar by myself. Sushi chefs were wonderful and I enjoyed every dish I got!

Food and Service is always great at Nobu - in specific this location and its ambiance is more so dark and structured. Our server was very nice. Of course if you are going to Nobu expect to pay a high price do the quality of food and service your receiving. Besides price point the food is delicious so many have no complaints. I in particular think the food at Nobu paired with the quality service and ambiance are justifiable hence the price of the product.

Came here as part of a team dinner for my company during a Vegas tech conference! I was in a table of 5 and we had a reservation for 7:45pm. Personally after trying the $150 tasting menu, I wasn't impressed by most of the cold dishes - don't get me wrong, they were all good, but not mindblowing or unique in any specific type of way at that price point. Service was wonderful though our waiter wasn't able to tell us what exactly to expect from our tasting menu after we asked. Not sure if it's because it's usually chef's choice but every time we asked for the exact specific dishes he just told us it's a transition from cold dishes to hot dishes, nothing more. Ambiance was nice, dim, modern. I think the miso black cod, beef teppanyaki, and the desserts (esp the pot de creme!) are what I would come back for and are worth it. The other dishes are good, but not must-tries for me. My tasting menu and my must-tries: - Yellowtail jalapeño sashimi - Salmon belly sashimi - Nobu crispy rice spicy tuna - Black cod with miso [must-try] - Pan seared tuna with crispy onion - Scallop with spicy garlic sauce - Pan seared Tasmanian ocean trout with yuzu - Beef tenderloin tobanyaki / teppanyaki [must-try] - Assorted sushi - Pot de creme - Japanese cherry blossom infused white chocolate with green tea sponge cake and sakura petals raspberry sweet red bean and a raspberry chocolate [must-try] - Ice cream mochi

I am in love! Cozy atmosphere, service was friendly and knowledgeable. Price as expected for Nobu. The food was amazing. Star of the show was the Chilean sea bass w amazu ponzu sauce, closely followed by the Black cod butter lettuce. I really enjoyed the creamy spicy tempura rock shrimp, but it wasn't my husbands favorite, he felt it was too creamy. We both also really enjoyed the Tai sashimi dry miso, very unique. Next time we would skip the beef tenderloin toban yaki, fairly basic beef, my husband makes better at home. Would also skip the tuna tacos, good but not amazing. The lychee martini was sweet but good. Also had the pot de creme. It was pretty and unique, but I wasn't crazy about the taste. But it is a dessert unique to this Nobu, so still worth a try. Want to try the tiradito, new style sashimi and the tempura king crab amazu ponzu next time. We were too full to order anymore. We did come during Tanoshi hour and our bill came to $300, was so worth it!
